Whhy cant we/I make one?
Because it would have to be on your computer and I can't just send you the files cause I don't know your minecraft location, how much ram you have, what version of java, you fraps, and it goes on and on. Join my server though.
I want to get deciated servers i have 8gb rams btw
You could easily allocate 4 gb of ram (XmX4120) but if you want i might be able to make u a ADMIN on my server if you join. I got some sick creations.

i will help you i will add you on skype i dont know how to make servers but i can help you with the commands and making stuff when server is up an running
