but for example im pretty sure i cant give you 100 rep cause ive only got 18 hes saying that he rep the funniest 25 when hes only got 7

that isnt how rep works, you get 100 rep points per rep power so say he has 7 rep power, that means he has 700 rep points

but if hes giving 25 or 10 that isnt in the 7 times table so he most likely didnt know that thats what im trying to say :L

he is able to give 25 rep points nuff said.
