People just don't freely.into a Pvp area expecting to die.
Trust me. From experience, this method is a 1/1000 chance. Its luck

Well how come ive done 2 lures with this method tonight, im not saying im a good lurer, im saying this method works for me, they go in expecting to get money which is on the floor and they then get killed :/

They are not walking into the PVP area for no reason!

Just got a new lure using this method, it was a d chain, d legs and some other stuff like a whip and a dragon hatchet again about 5M total so im not complaining, this one was about a 15 minute lure from first speaking to him! Not too bad im happy
