had this problem too for a lil bit..
1. blow easily into the disc drive of your Jtag.
2. clean the disc with a soft cloth.
3. try putting your console in a unusuall position..(worked for me i had mine ona pair of socks in a ball so the jtag was tilted back a little but not as to where it will damage your disc).. i have video proof of that just incase anyone seems to think im kidding and trying to troll..
4. Theres 3 ways to put onto your HDD (1,copyDVD through file manager..2, creat a folder in your XeXMenu called whatever your game is called and open the empty folder and press (Y) and then go to copyDVD.. or 3, put the disc into your jtag wait a sec then go to file manager go to your disc copy all files individually and paste them to your folder in the HDD..
i hope you can sort this problem out and i hope you the very best of luck..
Enjoy
