Are you trying to install an operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac) or are you trying to install an application on your operating system?
When you say ISO I'm guessing your trying to run something that is part of an ISO image (possibly as a virtual Drive? in a Virtual Machine?)

A lot of x32 software runs fine on x64, if you want to install x32 windows, it depends alot on weather your windows discs / restore discs of your system come with 32 but options but there is no way to switch directly from the operating system that I am aware of as these are 2 totally different modes of operation on a hardware level
