probably when u got skill points but do u have any dlc? because isnt the highest level with out dlc like 69? but anyways if u got it go do quest and stuff :p

I'm currently a level 58 and for some reason my XP bar is not moving at all no matter how

Level 58 is the max for people without the following DLC.

Go in with some guy thats got map packs and go to Crawemax, fastest way dude.
