Yeah there was always the risk of being banned and these lobbies will probably be patched in about a week or probably less as it was released to the public.

cause i think it works still if you legitly prestiege, i pretiged in MW2 and got a token still

This is new or you are ignorant. I just hosted W@W and MW2 for a friend of mine and he got tokens for both...
