dunno but try donloading photoshop or summin and make one on there

Its not that simple, download photoshop and make one. When you 1st open it up its confusing and your like "Wtf is this, too complicated" and you close it. BUT, if you get to know all the tools and what photoshop can really do then its awesome. I love making stuff in photoshop my computer doesn't have it anymore because it got the blue screen and I had to wipe it.. Anyways, if you want to try something new download photoshop and learn it. I don't know any websites to make avatars eaiter.
