My console won't connect to Xbox LIVE. It isn't banned as for it is saying "Your console can't connect to Xbox LIVE." I have 4bar connection too. And what I don't get is that I am on my internet perfectly fine on my laptop.

Try restarting your routing and dissconect from your internet on your Xbox and then reconnect

reset your router and unplug and plug your ethernet cable in and out of your xbox

i know the problem, one of you internet cords are mess up or pulled out same thing happen to me i guaranteed its the problem.
or it could be your Nat type/ip address

Try restarting your modem wait 30 seconds then plug it back in wait 30 more seconds. Then try to connect again. And if its not saying you banned you should still check your email and it will tell you why your banned. Even though it doesnt say that your banned sometimes that happens . Happened to me twice. But if none of this works add your connection again, because if its set to automatically connect because of you ethernet cord. And you dont have to type in the ip address and all that information that can be found in the settings, you probably need to type in that information again. Thank you and I hope this works for you.
