I just Got my New Computer i Just Need Help Getting it So when i download stuff off Thepiratebay it can start on my utorrent it dosent just stays like this in the picture below need help fixing it so they start.

It's probably becuase of the seeders on that torrent. you can check the seeders on the right side of thepiratebay search, and if you click on the SE link on the top of the search results there, it will sort by most seeders. The more seeders the better.

If you look on the right side there, you'll see two columns. Left column is Seeders, right column is Leechers. The more seeders the better, and the less leechers the better.
Also, if you go into at top of BitTorrent/uTorrent (whichever you have), click Options, Preferences, and then go to Connections on the left side, and uncheck the "Enable UPnP Port Mapping" box, and downloads should go faster.

I figured out, he tried what you did and it didnt work. He was using a proxy and Bit/uTorrent doesnt allow dat.

There are probably nobody seeding the torrent.
As soon as someone seeds the torrent, your download will continue.
