Do you have to have a verified paypal to recieve money? If not when i recieve money will i be able to use it if im not verified?

You have to have had some kind of card on your paypal account to recieve money. If you made your account and you are allowed to send money to people or anything you should be eligable to recieve money.

Ya you are still allowed to use it. I think it just means it has to be connected to your bank account.

No you don't just make a Canadien paypal.
If you ahev a canadien paypal you dont need to verified to send OR Recieve it has a sending limit of $3,700
