They are both 6870 GPU's manufactured by AMD. I'm assuming the HIS 6870 is factory overclocked by default to to 'turbo' in the title. I'd go for whatever is cheaper since you can manually OC if you really wanted to by using programs like EVGA prevision / MSI Afterburner.

This is what I've managed to find..
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition - 78.00
MOBO: MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ 970 - 65.99
DVD: LiteOn IHAS124-19B 24x Internal DVDRW - 13.51
GPU: Sapphire 11179-09-20G HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 - 123.00
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W - 54.49
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper 8GB - 44.28
CASE: Antec Three Hundred Illusion - 47.48
Total - 427
Is that any good? Also, is there a better looking case suitable for the parts?
Or any parts that I should change for the better that don't cost much more?
Thanks all

Anyone?
+ I have just realized I'm missing the hard drive..
I'll get one out of the money I have left
Also, I've just found out I have 2 LITE-ON DVDRW's on my PC with a broken hard drive, would I be able to use those?

Once you get a half descent PSU, sure. You can find PSU's from alternative companies that are more reliable and sometimes even cheaper.

Do all PSU's fit all motherboards?
It had almost nothing to do with the motherboard. I'd say 99.9% of cases out there fit an ATX PSU...and since most PSU's are that size, it'll fit like a glove. PSU + MOBO compatibility is basically to make sure it has the specified CPU power connectors, which most modern, RELIABLE PSU's should...unless you're spending $500 on a WS board, you'll be good.
