I am trying to make a 317 RSPS on runescapewebclients.com and i keep getting a message saying that my ip address on port 43594 is offline please try again.

I need help i have teamviewer and skype if anyone would like to help me please message me or
skype me my skype name is :Edmeistre

Anyone who helps me i would be happy to give some money off any donations i get on the server
