I get this alot too sometime. Due to the fact that i use a wifi signal and have no actuall internet. I use my neighbors internet signal. You could get that problem due to low signal strength. What you could do is go to the xbox dashboard and try to reconnect you xbox live connection. Or move you xbox to where it gets stronger signal.

Sorry, bud your banned from their servers. If you create a new account you can play on their servers again but after a few more bans, you'll get your Console ID banned from Treyarch's servers. That is if they see that will fix the situation from expanding. Their not taking to kindly to people modding their game.
