Replace the X in worldX with a random number. That will be the world you go in. It MAY load slow, but it still works. This is from a Mod, and they are working on fixing it.

I dont really know about this guys try at your own risk because there is a runescape hack still going around where you go to like a link and when you click allow java it gives them ur info or some shit like that
