You are NOT banned permanently. I got two acccounts banned, I did a few research and people say it is just a 2 day ban. Becareful, if you speed the zombies game up in any way, meaning.. (using double tap, speeding game time, round skipping or rappidly increasing your points) you will get booted from your game and get one of those error messages.
