I got my xenon for 185usd with everything 60gb hdd cords and power brick. guy who lives 30mins from me hooks me up all the time. Also just bought another xenon well traded ipod touch 32gb and xbox 360 with dvd error with everything

The reason why is so cheap is because it's banned.
