Are you sure you're doing it right? Right click on your desktop, click personalize, click desktop background at the bottom of the window that comes up, click the Browse... button next to the dropdown menu on the next page, and browse for it there.

im trying to get a vid up of me trying it but it says it takes 77 mis to upload on youtube.
is there a faster way to get it up

try right clicking on the screen and go to properties and see if you can change it if not

go on google find wht pic you need right click and hit set as desktop background

With windows 7 starter, you can't change the desktop background. Try checking if you have Starter.

i fixed the problem
if you got the same problem as me
look at the new thread I made

control panel way didn't work

and the restart way didnt work
