I dont think mods (Script Mods) - which are currently what you see people using are infectable only with iso, u can find downloads and burn them onto a disc lalala hotswap and so on, Usb im dunno maybe with modio for gamesaves on campaign (guessing)

The mods aren't infectable, but Rank 10 is sticky.
Yes you can get them on iSO's but you can't get them by USB

Thanks both of you it really helped. It sucks that i have to hot swap or do the ISO cuz i dont have the disk or the files, but i guess i have to get known with a modder on GTA IV and make him spawn something for me, but again, thanks for the help, really appreciate it
