Alright , so Im making a new youtube channel , but I wanted to know whats the difference between a regular custom youtube backround & a youtube partner backround ?

The difference between a partner background and a regular background is that the partners have a banner at the top which regular channels dont.

This is what my partnered channel looks like:

As you can see, It has the banner top, and normal channels will not have that.
