I just found a phone 4s and the people that own it say they have a traker on it and i want know how to deactivate it or how to reset it or whatever so they cant trak it

ether dont connect to your home wifi or any other wifi or reset the device. and change the i cload.

Even if it is still turned off, the SIM is still connected to the network, and findmyiphone still works

Throw the sim away and reset everything on the phone. May work may not. I don't use any of it on my 4s so not too sure.
