The same thing happened to me a week ago, but they didn't have a tracker.... I gave it back to them. But if you are gonna keep it, throw that sim card out the window of the car while you are on your way to a store or something... lol thats what I would do.(If I was gonna keep it)

I just found one a week ago and all i did was take the SD card out and snap it in half. And your good.

My father had the same feature. just take out the sim card and break it, restore to stock, then jailbreak it. That should do the trick.
