Earlier today I was searching for a mod menu and I found an iCHEEEEEEEted Get Like Me V4 Free VIP. I had got this menu before from SURFFISH3R's post before and this looked similiar so I joined in and it all went the same. I then went to play match online, just a normal cage match like I always do for my first match after being infected. During the match (I was host) The menu wasn't opening and I couldn't figure out why so I simply waited the game out. When I arrived back into the lobby I realized that my Clan Tag was set to HOMO and Message of the Day set to F A G repeating and in rainbow colours. Since the menu was not working I went to dashboard and went back into Cod4. I then went into a private match to make sure the tainted menu was gone, and it was. After this happened I have tried to get 3 different Tangys menus and a Flying Turnip menu all of them failed to do anything, as if I wasn't infected at all.

If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.
