Hi all,
First of all this is mainly down to clt42 and crippler for their XP lobbies release and whoever else provided information regarding this!
included in this post is a download with needed files and for the normal XP lobby and infections but also a simple bind to instant 15th, However you MUST be HOST for the 15th to work and stick (you can see the host name behind fps counter)

Anyone whos struggling to connect jtag and retail just delete black ops and all tu files, rip game DVD again, copy the TU11 from your retail to jtag/rgh then drop the files into bo directory?? no need for rsa removed Default.xex etc

Step 1:
-Create an OFFLINE profile named "onlinemods" and play a quick zombie match and quit.
-Transfer profile to usb and plug into computer.
-Open your preferred modding program. (I prefer Horizon)
-Drag profile into Horizon and click content
-Inject supplied GPD
-Rehash, resign, close
-Transfer profile back to usb

Step 2:
-Take supplied modded clt.dll and loader and transfer to jtag's game location (Easy enough)

Step 3:
-On jtag start xex menu and click launcher.
-Create system link game on jtag and spawn in.
-Then search for system link game on retail and join.
-Once retail spawns in game press back button on jtag controller
-Exit game on retail

Step 4:
-You are now infected with enabledvarwhitelist "0" and cl_wadefps "1".
-This will display who the host of the game is, and enabledvarwhitelist does not reset.
-Search for TEAM DEATHMATCH only!!
-Play until you get host. (Usually doesn't take long)
-Once you have host of a game wait until the countdown has finished and you can move around.
-Then insert usb stick into retail and power on second controller and sign in to modded profile "onlinemods"
- a kill gets 99999 xp suicide 4999, To get 15th hit Back button once and the game will restart and you will be 15th prestige with 666666 cod points, once the game has restarted back out and edit your player card, buy some guns setup classes etc then play a few games, I played 2 tdm and 2 snd, signed out then back in and my rank stayed I did remove gravity and promod as I hate them lol

I have only done this 4 hours ago and signed in and out several times and everything is great, BUT maybe im still waiting for a ban or whatever but thats my problem and you if you choose to do this you too are doing it at your own complete risk to yourself/xbox/profile etc.
