Are iMacs any good? I've heard so much good and so much bad about them. I'm thinking about buying one but I want to be sure that an iMac would be a good choice.

It will get the job done but if you are a hardcore gamer/editor it might be lacking in a few areas. But Apple is holding a developers conference in June and they might unveil a new Mac.

As an everyday computer it's great, as long as you're willing to dish out a grand.

Like I said, I'm going to use it as an everyday computer. Just YouTube, Facebook, TTG, Twitter, ect. That type of thing. Does anyone think the link I posted is a good one?

I just need a new computer that is fast and reliable. My laptop is so old and very slow. I also just dislike laptops.
