It Loads Up for Like 10secs then The Fans Go Reallly for like 30seconeds the it Comes up wid 2 Red rings Then i Tightend The Heat Sync Screws Now itss 3 red rings any help

Don't wrap it in a towel, it's known to only be a short time fix.. and sometimes completely wreck your xbox.

Put the screws back to how they were and clean all the dust and gunk out of the fan or buy a 12v fan of amazone for like 5gbp

you will for sure need a reflow, and put the x clamps back on.. they help prevent the board from flexing. Replacing them is only a temporary fix and will do more bad than good
