This has been going around my school for quite a few months now and I did a search but couldn't really find anything.

All you have to do is put https instead of http.

What this does is, it tricks the server into thinking the site you are accessing is secure and allows access. When you don't include the s, the server will block access because it is on the list of blocked sites.

Examples
https://www.youtube.com/
https://www.facebook.com/
https://www.twitter.com/
