its alright , but once you get better at PS or gimp . or whatever you using , you'll learn more effects and it will look better , but i think this okay so ..... 4/10

Its not great. Animation is bad (make sure to use tween)
And the background is really bad.

You need to make your animations smooth! At the end it just jumps back to the beginning. But keep trying!!
