Use Tor. Sure it's an install, but if you can't use proxies, then that's your answer.

Ultrasurf or Tor Browser. Thats what i used when https stopped working

Before you login turn of the wirless detector thingo
Login
Goto you're internet browser and type in what website you want.
Turn on the wirless detector thingo and quickley press enter

My school blocks answer sites AND forums now, it's nuts! You can't even search proxy, it bans the search.
