CPU: Intel Core i5 3.1 Ghz turbo of 3.4 ghz ( I Think)
GPU:Geforce GTX 550 1GB maybe 2GB

HDD:Segate 2.5 250GB Hard Drive
MEM: 2 x 4GB Crossair Vengeance RAM for Total of 8GB
MotherboardASUS P8B75-M/CSM LGA 1155 Intel B75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
CPU Cooling:Crossair H80

And i am buying a static wrist band to and this is my first ever build and i want to play games that Xbox can play as well as pc games. Please leave ratting or advice or changes you would make and all of this is coming from Newegg.com

What is your budget? Your putting money towards areas that won't have a significant increase in FPS in games. I wouldn't go for anything under GTX 560 ti 448 core / 7850 since you seem to have the budget.

$750 max and would like mouse and keyboard thats okay and decent.

You PM'd me saying you want an everyday PC that'll be super speedy, so I suggested an i3-2100 + nice SSD as boot, but leaving a quality PSU for future upgrades. But now I realize you're initial build was to play BF3. I'm not sure what you want.

What CPU is that i5 doesnt say alot, and drop the h80 and get a better gpu, and your mobo is micro ATX so you need to make sure your case will support it..
