So above is the components that i have chosen for my gaming PC build and their prices. If anyone can tell me if this is a good price for this set up or what i should change.
The games I am looking to play would be COD, BF3, Skyrim, Sims, Minecraft and a few others. Would this setup be able to play those games?
The two main things i want to know:
-is this good value for money? If not what can I change?
-Will it run the games I have mentioned?
These components were chosen from Overclockers.co.uk, if you guys have any more decent websites for components in the UK, let me know

Um everything looks fine but what CPU cooler are you using? And if you can squeeze a bit more in your budget I would get a better GPU, but yes it will run every game you listed

A 550 ti is not a strong card ( about 6850 performance ) and will struggle playing BF3 @ 1080p settings, even at default settings with no AA. Hell, they even recommend at minimum a GTX 560 ti / AMD 6950 ( preferably a 2gb card since it's a console port and isn't optimized well ). The OCZ ZS series PSU is actually one descent product from OCZ...but it's still OCZ and it's a 50/50 chance - and to note, that system will use no where near the amount and will probably hit around ~350-400w from the wall. Caviar Blue drives aren't the speediest things around and might be a slight annoyance, but if you're fine with a little slow times, it's all gravy. It's easy to get caught up with really nice cases and RAM that is overkill, but in the end that's not doing anything but giving you bragging rights. If you got a lower end case, for example a HAF 912 and a 2x2gb RAM and with the money you saved put it towards a better GPU and MOBO, it'd be the best option. Skyrim is pretty much out of the option though. You could also easily save $100 by getting Windows for free and could grab a GTX 570 / a 750w XfX PSU for example.

I havent purchased any of it just yet but i was planning on using the stock cooler that comes with the CPU and then upgrading at a later date. This is just to start me off, I will be updating my GPU in the future.
Will it run these games on good settings?

Not going to comment on the components itself, but Overclockers will be the best choice for getting the components so you made the right choice. I recently checked the prices of similar components on Scan.co.uk as I thought they'd do them cheaper but they are the same price, and Overclockers is definitely the better choice as they are more trusted IMO.

Ok but yes a 550 ti should be fine for what you want to do but won't play those games on ultra setting but will run them. Also I would recommend the CM Hyper 212 as a CPU cooler.

So you recommend i change the GPU and PSU?

Yes, that'd be a smart move. Everything else seems fine. Most of the time I'd suggest a z77 board since they are pretty much in the same price range, but if you're really not going to upgrade to IB and utilize the other features, it's pointless, especially since there is like a 1% difference between PCIE 3.0 compared to 2.0, and when dual cards are enabled, it's the same thing.

I run BF3 LE on my 550ti and I have no problem at all with it and I can play on the best settings.
Also this is a good beginners build.
