Ok so I bought a visa prepaid gift card and put 27$ on it and what i am trying to do is buy minecraft, my card got blocked from moneybookers for 24 hrs is there any other way i can do this please help

Possibly because of system error, site error, or account error. Also for further information you can contact the dealer you bought the card from,and ask for customer services. Or you could contact the Visa company, or mine-craft company.

Try to make a pay pal account and then buy it off of paypal

Tried, its just minecraft wont let me buy with that card tried everything, so i just used the money for something else it worked thru paypal with it, not with mc

Try transferring the prepaid Visa card onto a Paypal account. Good luck.
