you know after u downloaded them what next do i extract them to desktop or do i drag into horizon

Make a new folder with sub folder with each dlc and extract them to that

i cant also get to modio website to register an account with them and all game-saves i found are on mega-upload so i can't download from them either. Can u send me the game-saves too just looking to mess around with some modded weapons and maybe a shield and solider class mod? much appreciated.
