EDIT: Since some people seem to think i got the storm off the internet i will tell how i made it.

Program: Gimp 2.6
Steps:

1. make a canvas 1366 x 768 pixels

2. make a black background

3. put a darkish blue light on the top of the picture with a diameter of 2.0

4. Use the cloud paintbrush [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to cover the top of the screen.

5. make a new layer and put the same cloud in the same area and flip the layer horizontally so that the left side isnt empty.

6. make a new layer and use a smaller cloud brush that is a darker color on the top of it so that the lighter clouds make an effect of the sun shining through them

7. make a new layer and put it between the two cloud layers and then add your lightning brushes [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and rain brushes [ [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to the picture

8. add a signature

9. post on ttg so people can hint that it is copied from internet >:[
