I have had this happen a couple of times, and thought I would post about it. First you need Specialist of course, and Hardline on so you get perks at 1,3,5 etc. But what happens is when you go to say shoot something down and you die before it happens, you can respawn before destroying the aircraft and you automatically spawn with 4 perks. I know it's no 15th lobby but thought it was kinda cool. Sorry I have no video of it :/

Actually, I think if you shoot something down / kill someone after you die, you get that 4th perk regardless of respawning or not.
