Iphone without a doubt. I've had my Arc for a year now and it's lagging all the time + Iphone has better frame rate.(Frame/s)
If you're into games then Iphone has better games.
Hopefully will get Iphone 5 this summer

I go with iPhone just because all my friends that own a Android just complain about all the problems they have with their phone.
