is there a 10th prestige save where you the people kill a zombie then kill there self? pleasse comment!

No there's no save that can do that, only an iso can only do that bro
you can make a prestige menu and click on 10th if you really want it but it might not stick at that level

nope there is not iso can kinda but there are savegames where you click it and when it ends you can have 10th
