Well, when I got on, I was on for an hour, then my connection was lost and my account was locked. It is still locked right now and I am trying to recover it. Anyone please tell me why this happens?

Are you the original owner? or was the account a giveaway/ or you bought it. that means someone recovered it and hasn't changed password with the link that jagex sent.
