1) Everybody can host this who owns a Jtag, so they would be sending out HUNDREDS of C&D letters and console banning everyone.

3) Shows no proof of his Xbox's getting console banned.
4) Most likely just snatching as much money as he can from this, even though the rules in this section state that you cannot take money or mention donations.
Don't send him money.
Ill take this 1 step at a time just as you did so my 1-4 will correct or answer your 1-4
1. This i correct about the first part, now the second isnt, they sent this for 3 reasons, my address was easy to fine, my lobbys are very popular, hense the fact 100k post views and 20k+ subs, and i was making donations from it.
2. easy, showing the letter is illegal. States it in the letter.
3. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] : that one was easy.
4. Chubz has been in my lobby and told me that the "Donate" tab is 100% ok.
Wow... i feel like i won something... i can finally sleep well at night.
