I say yes for the fact that also Egyptians, pharaohs in particular, knew so much about other solar systems. Things that we are just now finding out with telescopes. They claimed to be from those planets. King Tut and his sister had an elongated skull also, which is no natural by any means. Pyramids are huge and the man power needed to move stone that size would be too great, probably near impossible. Also, I don't understand where all that gold came from in the middle of the desert for their tombs but hey, what do I know? I would say the Aztec and Mayan structures were created the same way. Ancient civilizations seemed to have so much knolwedge for their time and they just vanished. Then we basically had to rediscover everything from scratch.

The mayan pyramids were extraordinary buildings. they were build to resemble their gods. The mayan calendar starts before the mayans even existed. It starts on the day that the mayan gods came to earth from the sky, suggesting that they were extraterrestrials. it is thought that aliens had alot to do with the building of pyramids and other things, mostly becuase they resemble some type of astronomy or constitutions.
