I think you get where this is going. Your own topic has blown up in your face. so deal with the fact that a lot of people like metal more than dubstep. and remember that People that like metal aren't afraid to defend the music. Because it takes real talent and skill to make REAL music.

This kid has SO many things wrong with this post.

1) Heavy Metal is a typical genre name for the un-educated. So please be more specific.

2) It's not satanic. lol. In fact, if you re-searched and educated your stupid, idiotic self, you would notice that most "Heavy Metal" bands sing about; Random stuff, Love, Relationships, Problems they're having etc.
Some bands are even christian.

3) Dubstep isn't music, I don't care what people say. It's just a load of frog noises going "woob woob weee wooo". -No talent what-so-ever.
Where-as guitars, singing, drums, bass playing, screaming all take talent.

So kid, before you express your un wanted opinion on the internet, you take a hard look at your fail of a life and educate yourself a hell of a lot more. Stop following the crowd and thinking it's cool to bash on other music that isn't in the "music" charts.

I don't listen to music for lyrics at all. I rarely even notice whether they are even present. I gravitate to music I think sounds interesting and unique, which I think explains my love for drum & bass. I've never come across a more experimental yet beautiful genre with this kind of energy.

A fellow instrumental fan?

OT: I've been listening to 'heavy metal' as you so loosely call it, for a LONG time and I've only come across 2 bands that even have bare references to Satanism at all. It's a lame generalism that comes from un-educated individuals. The same can be said for dubstep, not all of it 'toilet sounds' to quote king of the hill. I don't like screaming at all, it ruins the instrumentals of the song.

You better hope I never run into you. Get some respect. It takes 2 hours to write and record a dubstep song. A big mouth like yours will get you hurt.

I wouldn't really call myself an instrumental fan, I just prefer lyrics to be used as another instrument if they're used at all. I think that's why I can tolerate some screaming as well, but it's still taking some time for me to get used to it, even after a number of years.
