If you have the right programs you can send shells to your IP address and kick them offline.

you can see the location in which they live in. I think it will give you the location of their ISP provider.

If you want to learn you don't come on here to do it, you get a few technology books maybe Google a thing or 2. But don't go trying to kick them offline or gaining access to their router/computer. That is illegal and you'll go to jail because you're obviously not smart enough to cover your tracks.
