Hey guys. I need some help.
I've decided that I'm getting flabby and need some way to work off my chest.
Unfortunately I have moobs :'( :'( But NOT obese.
So if anyone knows the quickest way I can work out to actually get more in shape again. I have no weights so I can't lift. And I rather ask here and get a laugh through trolls then search 8 million google sites.
So if you have any feedback let me know?<3

Pushups are good for your chest. Running is really good too.

Just a Basic Workout in a local gym. Ask for advice and tips there would help you.

Do push ups, situps, pull ups, run and just do like work outside where you lift stuff and your moobs will be gone. good luck!

Along with what others have mentioned, I think you should purchase some dumbbells. You can find some really cheap if you look and they really do help with your strength. With this new strength you will find what they've mentioned a lot easier for yourself and be able to do it for a lot longer.

crunches, situps, pullups ( if you have a bar or sturdy peice of wood ) also jogging around the neighborhood and also i would consider getting a membership at a local gym and getting a personal trainer and let them guide you to what you need to do
