Because modding/hacking is against XBOX Terms and conditions so would you rather they ban you from Black Ops or turn you in to XBOX/Microsoft and get console banned?

I get what your saying, but it is their latest game. But really, who cares if you cheated to get to 15th, its just a game, and as long as your not effecting it for others, then there is no reason.

Don't they have like a new game to make? And why won't they patch all the mods on WaW? That was the best CoD game until it got modded. Look at it, it took Trearch 4 days to patch lobbies, but 6 months for Mw2 lobbies to get banned. And then again they recently fired up again. I would go buy WaW if they fixed it.

They don't patch all the mods on waw because once 3 games have gone past they most likely will never release another patch because it cost them money when they do it(so ive been told). They don't want another game to be ruined by online modders. In my opinion if you were modding to get like a higher rank on the leader boards then you should be banned but if your doing it for fun in like an offline or private match then I think thats fine.
