also remove cooldown of all shouts please and make magicka regen very very fast please Smile. AND max carry weight please

increase movement speed by 60% and increase weapon swing speed by 200%, also is there a way to make a ring with enchantments that have increase effectivness of destruction spells to make them more powerfull ? if so could it have Destruction and conjuration on the ring, then on a necklace Smithing and enchanting. and all of these effects around 800% ? could you please add 200 perks too.

If you don't mind could you markfordelete the bookcase that my cursor is on. I found out through another thread here that you can spawn dropable furniture via hex (check my misc items lol).
