how do you activate vehicle speed like going from 0 to 150 in 1 second and fly caertain vehicles like the bus and airtug etc.?

i cant figure out ps this is dr x clans v2.0 seen videos onn this mod but cant figure out

I have no idea what your saying, But if there meant to be on the mods read the Readme.txt
