I came on this morning and i had a message from him saying I will be banned before the 9th of may?! Is he really an IW Enforcer?

IW wouldn't warn you about being banned...they would do it instantaneously

im not sure i would take it seriously with what you have as a status here because they patrol the tech game looking for boosters and your a booster so

Yep. You wouldn't be notified via message in any way from any staff on Xbox360. They would issue a suspension and send you a email with the reason usually. If it comes to a game I would think the same process follows but instead of a email you would be notified once you joined and the reason.
