No prank. He's IW Community Enforcer and reports directly to the IW ban team. Not working for IW or Activision, but he is in the official IW Enforcers clan. If he reports you and you are guilty (IW checks that, no one gets banned without a reason) then you can say HELLO ! to level one

If you are caught by any member of IW Enforcers clan you will be banned take a look who is in the clan !! ban candy and ban stache both work for IW . Quite simple to find out this info just go on mw3 s official site and ask who ban candy is . also second affence is a weeks ban ,reset and removed from the leader boards lol sucks to be YOU haha
