I like world of warcraft

Played WoW for afew years, got incredibly bored of it, they are both awful and tedious but if i had to choose one it would be WoW

Neither. I played runescape like 4 years ago. It is such a sh*t game. Never played world of warcraft.

World of warcraft is a beast game.

Used to love Runescape like 5/6 years ago when it was good, They did what other companies do. Changed it to try and make it better, but really they made it incredibly worse.

And can't give you my opinion on WoW as I've never played it due to it not looking very appealing.

I played runescape for probably 4 years up to being banned,

Combat: Melee is very simple, weapon armor, attack. some weapons have special attacks, very simple. Magic: a good amount of spells i would have to estimate like 150? (rough estimate) has 3 different spell books, Normal, Ancient Magicks (has good pvp spells i think) and Lunar magicks (doesnt have any combat spells but does have like buffing spells)
Range: simple, Bow, armor, arrows, better bow can use better arrows, the better the arrows the stronger you are, some bows have special effects/special attacks like melee weapons.

Skilling: repeating 1 action over and over until high enough to go to a different action.
Questing: most of them arent very hard you just have to be careful, Grand-master quests are the one quests that are actually hard, but by time you can do them you'll already know.


World of Warcraft played it for like 3 years.
Combat: Style depends on class choice, If you want to cast spells be a mage or warlock, want to shoot arrows? be a hunter, want to melee, be a warrior, there are also subgenre's like Rouge is the sneaky assassin, Paladin is the warrior with light spells, Priest casts spells but is mainly healer based.
MANY skills, by time you get to like 60+ you will have skills all over your screen, each do there own thing, cant really go into detail because of the mass amount of them. i would have to say....over 3000 spells.

Skilling: also pretty much doing the same thing over and over, its just skilling isn't as big of a deal as Runescape, except when you start hitting the higher levels, having a skill that can benefit you for example: Blacksmithing as a warrior, you can make yourself very nice gear if your blacksmithing is high enough.

just how i think of the games, you could think otherwise, i think they are both good games but do get boring after a while.
