We seek out Boosters/Cheaters/Hackers report them to @BanCandy via twitter/E-mail.

All reports received are investigated and then issued with the length of ban and stat reset that is required due to the severity of the violation.

So what doesn't mean anything he's friends with bancandy and co that's all, can he issue bans or stat resets no, all he can do is report a player same as anyone else could. This is a classic example of someone acting like a big shot because they "know" people.
